A harmonious team will play more fluently while a fractured team won't gel in the pitch.The dynamics section on the sidebar gives you an in-depth look at the social dynamics of your squad, ranking players from team leaders to highly influential, to influential to others.Players will split into different social groups, tending to stick with players who have been at the club for a similar amount of time or speak the same languages. The 'core' social group will be made up of the most influential players who have been at the club the longest.Team leaders are your most likely candidates for the captain's armband and you can even speak directly to them to find out if there any issues amongst the players or how they think the team's cohesion could be improved.You will want to keep the team leaders happy as their opinion of you will directly influence the rest of the squad.
